Why join us?

Culture

We pride ourselves on our team culture. The firm is structured to support our talented staff, facilitate teamwork and ensure that the right people are on the job. Our collectively developed vision for a positive office culture is:

To work together as a team with respect for each other, a positive attitude, and helpful and thoughtful communication.

Work

We provide opportunities for professional development across our practice areas and put real effort into developing the skills of our staff. We operate in an organised and efficient environment with modern best practice processes and systems and a focus on innovation.

Variety

There is variety of different work available (including across the practice areas in each office if desired) to provide exposure to varied work types and great training and development.

Balance

We respect that people have a life outside of work which we encourage people to enjoy. It’s normal for us to close the office at 5pm on the dot and often on a Friday to head to a local for a drink for those that wish to.

Support

We aim to have a workplace where people feel that they are part of the team and able to grow professionally and personally.

Community

We are part of the Manawatū community and we contribute to supporting the members of that community in a meaningful way. This is an important part of our mahi.

E hara taku toa i te toa takitahi, he toa takitini.

We are always looking for our next superstar.
